Memberdayakan Remaja di Era Global Strategi Konselor Sekolah dalam Pengembangan Karir

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran konselor sekolah dalam memberdayakan remaja untuk pengembangan karir di era global. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang diterapkan oleh konselor dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan pasar kerja global. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi di beberapa sekolah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa konselor memanfaatkan alat teknologi, mendorong pengembangan soft skills global, serta menerapkan konseling personal dan kelompok untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karir siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dan pendekatan konseling holistik merupakan kunci dalam mempersiapkan remaja untuk tenaga kerja global. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur yang ada dengan menekankan pentingnya strategi yang adaptif dan responsif dalam bimbingan karir.
